At V-Veda Ayurvedic, we aim to provide you with 100% pure, safe, and effective Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied due to any valid reason, weβre here to help.
β Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
π§΄ You received a damaged, expired, leaking, or wrong product.
π You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
π¦ Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
β We do not accept returns for products used, opened, or returned after 48 hours of delivery.
π How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Mention your Order ID, attach photo/video proof of the issue
Our team will verify and guide you through the return process
πΈ Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5β7 business days after product pickup/approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank/UPI details to process the refund.
In case of prepaid order cancellation before dispatch, a full refund is issued instantly.
π« Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used personal care products
Products purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts
Free samples, gifts, or bundled offers
β Important Notes
Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered or open.
We reserve the right to reject return/refund requests if the product is used or tampered with.
Return pickup is subject to courier availability at your location.
